Flooring questions in Franklin, TN
Straight answers about quotes, hours, and materials. Nothing here is a finished price.
How do I get a price?
Complete the quote form with ZIP, project type, material, approximate square footage, timeline, and a short note. The request is free.
Can I call instead of using the form?
Yes. Call (615) 518-0868 Monday through Saturday, 7am to 6pm. The form is still the way to write down rooms, material, and size. Sunday calls are returned on Monday.
What hours are you open?
Monday through Saturday, 7am to 6pm Central. Closed Sunday. The form works at night; replies do not.
Do you list a street address?
No. Franklin, TN is the city. If a visit is needed, it is scheduled at the job, not at a published showroom.
Do you publish a contractor license number?
No. Ask for license and insurance details when you compare written quotes.
Which materials can be quoted?
Hardwood, engineered hardwood, LVP, laminate, tile, carpet, and other. Garage coatings and commercial floors have their own pages. Choose Other if nothing in the list fits, and explain it.
Hardwood or LVP?
Hardwood if you want a sandable wood floor on a sound wood subfloor. LVP if the room gets wet, sits on a slab, or you do not care about sanding later. The install pages go further.
Can every wood floor be refinished?
No. Laminate and vinyl cannot. Thin engineered veneers often cannot. Solid oak usually can, until it has been sanded too many times or damaged by water.
Do you work on Sundays or overnight?
No. Quote review is daytime, six days a week.
What if I am outside Franklin?
Use the ZIP field. Brentwood, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Fairview, Cool Springs, Arrington, Leiper's Fork, Columbia, and Green Hills are listed. Other ZIPs get a yes or a no.
Will you match a neighbor’s floor from a photo?
A photo can start the conversation. It cannot promise a match. Old stain and new stock rarely disappear into each other.
Is my information sold as a generic lead list?
